Description

Sharing the same technology that helps push the Whipple Superchargers to race win after race win, the all new, super high density GT500 intercooler core is now available to help keep GT500’s manifold air temps under control, even with increased airflow where the stock system begins to quickly run out of capacity. The new core features 33% larger inlet and outlet water passages, for significantly increased flow capacity over stock or other aftermarket intercooler cores. The SHD (super high density) offset fin design allows increased cooling capacity in the same area vs standard density fin. With the billet flange, the SHD core was able to utilize 10% more surface area for increased cooling capacity. Put all this together and you have a more efficient intercooler that fits with the stock supercharger system, while being upgradeable with our intercooler manifold.
