Return, Cancellation & Shipping Policy

Returns

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in the same condition as received

  • Items must be in original packaging

  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required

  • An RMA number is required (no returns accepted without an RMA)

No returns or credits will be issued on installed items.
No returns will be accepted after 30 days from delivery.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Gift cards

  • Downloadable or digital software products

  • Sale items


Cancellations

  • Orders cancelled before shipment are subject to a 3% credit card processing fee, which is non-refundable. This fee is charged to us by the payment processor and cannot be recovered.

  • Orders cancelled after shipment are subject to a 20% cancellation/restocking fee, plus the non-refundable 3% credit card processing fee.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email of approval or rejection.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment

  • Refunds will be processed within a certain number of business days, depending on your bank or credit card provider

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable

  • Return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund

Partial Refunds May Be Issued If:

  • The item is not in its original condition

  • The item is damaged or missing parts not due to our error

  • The return is received after the 30-day return window


Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  1. Check your bank account again

  2. Contact your credit card company (posting times vary)

  3. Contact your bank

If you’ve completed these steps and still have not received your refund, contact us at sales@coyotedirect.com.


Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
To request an exchange for the same item, email sales@coyotedirect.com.


Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or shipping insurance for items over $75

  • We are not responsible for lost or undelivered return shipments

  • If a customer provides an incorrect or changed address, the customer is responsible for any address correction or rerouting fees charged by the carrier

NO RETURNS WILL BE ACCEPTED WITHOUT AN RMA NUMBER

 

All policies are enforced as written. By completing a purchase, the customer agrees that all fees disclosed, including non-refundable processing and cancellation fees, are fair and reasonable
