Shipping Policy

Coyote Direct works directly with manufacturers and authorized suppliers. As a result, many products are shipped directly from the manufacturer (drop-shipped). Drop-shipped orders may require additional processing time before shipment.

Processing and transit times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays caused by manufacturers, freight carriers, supply chain disruptions, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control do not qualify for order cancellation without applicable fees.

An order is considered shipped once it has been transferred to the carrier and a tracking number has been issued.

Shipping Quotes & Freight Items

Certain items—particularly oversized, heavy, or freight-shipped products—require custom shipping quotes. These orders may not ship until shipping charges are confirmed and paid.

Shipping charges, including freight and special handling fees, are non-refundable once an order has shipped.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. If an incorrect or changed address results in rerouting, reshipping, or address correction fees, the customer is responsible for all carrier-assessed charges.


Shipping & Returns Relationship

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping

  • Return shipping costs may be deducted from refunds, as outlined in our Return, Cancellation & Shipping Policy

  • All cancellations and returns are subject to the terms and fees outlined in that policy


Carrier Liability

Once an order has been shipped, Coyote Direct is not responsible for:

  • Carrier delays

  • Lost or stolen packages

  • Damage caused during transit

Claims for damaged shipments must be reported promptly upon delivery.
